Lombarde Trophy 2011 XLV Superbowl- Pittsburg Steelers versus Greenbay Packers - 12x12 Layout
A little about my Layout...I have never "ever" attempted a "Superbowl" layout before...so this was truly a challenge for me...I explained to my son that I wanted to do a "Superbowl" layout and I did not have a favorite team..and he knew I knew very little about football.........I have to give him credit for this....He told me to make a Lombarde trophy....(hehe...)....I did not have a clue...I said ...who?.........He told me to goggle it....(of course after laughing and snickering...)....I know just from reading on line about this trophy....I learned more about football...than I have ever known.......I told him I was going to make it.......And yes, he snickered again........

It took me a while but after I completed it....  I called my son back to ask him to take a look.....I have to say...I was quite pleased with his reaction.........Here is my rendition of the Lombarde Trophy..........it was a lot more that I he wanted me to do with it....But I was afraid I would mess it up.....(too many tiny details).......

So....here goes........What do you think??????  I will add the scores after the game of course........ TFL

I admire your spunk. It is hard to come up with a layout that you won't use if you don't have anyone in your family to scrap in it... who knows maybe your son will become a famous football player!

OMG! I am totally impressed with your Lombarde trophy and I think it's namesake would be too! How on earth did you create that football? I can see that the helmets are 3d stickers... is the football one too? Doesn't matter, really. Your layout is fantastic! The game will be starting soon so I had better hop along now.
