Coin Envelope "Tag Holder" Album

I used a medium size coin envelope to make this tag album. I merely measured the paper and allowed for edges, etc. Because the envelope was larger, I had to use two strips of 12x12 paper. But it is all in covering the envelopes. So the technique is pretty simple. TFL
