Tim times Ten Stampin' Dymonz Grand Giveaway. - Challenge #3- Sponge and Heat Embossing Technique

Oh MY.............This was a great challenge.....This is #3 of the Tim times Ten Grand Giveaway@ Stampin' Dymonz Scrap Shack.  Okay again ladies and gents ...head over to her site..because it's getting better every day....I am having so much fun using all of the techniques that she is challenging us to use......I mean talking about thinking outside the box.......There are sooooo many great ideas from participants......just thinking of different ideas is really a challenge for me....but I absolutely  love a challenge.........So thanks Scrapy Shack.

For this challenge we had to make a tag using a heat embossing and sponge technique.....I used Tim Holtz distress stains to create the sponge technique and  heat embossed the tag using  Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Steampunk stamp with A LaMode Black embossing powder...We also had to incorporate 3 arrows, a hand (Tim Holtz Stamper's Anonymous Steampunk stamp), a key and one of the items had to be a cutout and one metal......The "hand" is my cutout... and metal gears .....  so here you go...........Remember ...if you want to participate .....hop on over to her site.......I'm telling you....... the fun is neverending....TFL......Oh..and I also have to thank my DGD for assisitng with the picture taking.......Thank you Sweetie..........

(click pic for larger image)         (front of tag)

(Closeup view)- I used the Mini Ticket set Movers and shapers to cut a window..... used Tim Holtz Masking Plastic as the window and stamped it with a Recollections Cling Stamp

This is fantastic. The peeled paint color makes it all pop! If you are a TH fan you may want to check out Grungy Mondays at Studio L3. And also a few of us are doing Tims Christmas tags from start to finish that you can find on my blog. You don't have to make them Christmassy just use the techniques. There are links to it on my blog. No I don't care much about winning either. These are just fun challenges. Thanks for your comment. Cheers..Donna
