I had quite a few projects I wanted to work on this weekend. The kids were here ...their mom is here....so I had a really hectic weekend...but managed to get some projects done. One of the things I have been wanting to create since I got the cartridge was a calendar from the Designers Calendar cart. Well, I finished it.....here it is the October calendar. I made it on 12x12 paper but figured that it does not look so crowded if I made everything smaller ...I will have to make everything only "1" inch . I used 2". Here is my take on the calendar. And since I had a brain freeze I used the calendar on the back of the box (Yep....a real SL)......"Just joking"- but almost........My DGD's B-day is October 25th ....so I changed that date to orange and I added Bats for Halloween and a few ribbon.........Maybe when I do a complete calendar ...I will have some creative ideas that I can incorporate and actually "Design" the calendars myself....(I'll see...)......TFL......
