Winter Woodland .......First Fallen Snow ....

Friday 9:00p. Expecting snow...Well, around or about that time ...it started coming down.......I always get a lil excited about the snow because I plan my indoors activities ( and, for me, scrapping and snow goes together.. I love it.....as long as I have everything I need.....( and I did...) .........Last I heard we were expecting around 12 inches. But, I was not glued to the radio or TV.....and I just thought it would be a quick snow or miscalculated amounts...... I even went to work early so that I could get off at a reasonable hour, get the kiddies and keep ahead of the storm......Well, 24+ inches and 36 hours later......... the entire weekend in the house with the lil ones turned out to be quite the event. I did let them out for a couple of hours....and after that they only wanted to watch it from the inside(hehe..). I couldn't even get them to come back out today when I went out to clean my parking space.......But we got a lot of scrapping in.....(hehe...)
